Payment Locations Walk-in or drive-thru payments can be made at our Main Office location in Downtown Holyoke at 99 Suffolk Street.
Our offices are open Monday-Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM weekdays excluding Massachusetts State holidays.

Payment Dropbox Locations We maintain a series of drop boxes throughout the city, where you can deposit you payment. Accounts are credited the next business day.

DirectPay Automatic Payment Never waste another stamp... and never write another check. With DirectPay from HG&E you’ll never have to mail checks or pay your bills in person. Instead, your bank account is charged directly for the amount due on your current HG&E energy or internet bill.
When enrolled, you’ll receive an account statement at least 15 days before the charge is to be processed. This statement will inform you of your current account charges and the date the amount is to be debited from your bank account. Therefore, you’ll always have a chance to call us and question the bill or stop the scheduled charge.
