PHMSA Environmental Review - Finding of No Significant Impact

In cooperation with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), the City of Holyoke Gas & Electric Department prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed Ward 1A Infrastructure Replacement Project, Phase 1, in Holyoke, MA. PHMSA has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), for the project, which completes the National Environmental Policy Act process. The FONSI is available to review on the web at https://www.phmsa.dot.gov/about-phmsa/working-phmsa/grants/pipeline/tier-2-site-specific-environmental-documents.
