Renewable Energy for Customers

Learn more about how installing your own renewable energy system works in HG&E’s service territory as well as available incentives. Or, if you are interested in receiving power from a community solar array, HG&E's Communuity Solar program allows customers to sign up to receive solar-generated electricity for free!

Payment Discounts

Through HG&E's promt payment discount, all customers who pay their bill in full within 15 days of receipt receive 10% discount on their bill. HG&E's First Time Homebuyer Program also offers a 10% bill discount to new homeowners in Holyoke.

Fuel Assistance

Various local and regional programs available for qualifying low-income households to assist with heating costs.
