As the holder of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) License for the Holyoke Project, HG&E pairs hydroelectric generation with purposeful environmental stewardship that includes protecting valuable natural, cultural, and scenic resources on the Connecticut River, as well as providing public recreational facilities within its Project boundaries.
