Yes.  All work performed on behalf of HG&E is subject to payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. 

Yes.  All Suppliers/Contractors shall obtain the necessary insurance coverage.  To request applicable minimum insurance requirements, Suppliers/Contractors shall contact the Procurement office.

For the most part, pre-bid meetings are mandatory.  If a pre-bid meeting is mandatory or optional, it will be disclosed in the Central Register and newspaper publications as well as in the Invitation for Bid documents.

They are available upon request by contacting the Procurement office to make alternative delivery options. 

Some projects require prequalification while most projects require experience.  Applicable requirements can be found in each Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposals. 

Most projects do not require a deposit to obtain the Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposals however; HG&E may charge a fee on certain projects.  This information can be found in the Central Register and newspaper publications as well as in the Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposals documents.
